Content & Intelligence Policy
Last updated: March 2026
LatentWire provides AI-market intelligence features that may include dashboards, watchlists, summaries, classifications, company references, thematic signals, trend observations, and other research-support outputs derived from public and third-party information sources.
This policy explains the kinds of content and intelligence outputs that may appear on LatentWire, how they are generated, and how we handle third-party material.
What LatentWire Includes
LatentWire may collect, organize, display, or generate:
- article metadata such as headline, source, author, publication date, and link
- short summaries or structured takeaways derived from publicly available content
- topic, sector, company, or theme classifications
- AI-related market observations, watchlist views, and signal tracking outputs
- editorially selected or system-generated intelligence views based on public information and platform logic
Some outputs may be generated or assisted by AI models and automated systems.
What LatentWire Does Not Do
LatentWire does not:
- reproduce full third-party articles as a substitute for the original source
- claim ownership of third-party content
- guarantee that AI-generated summaries, classifications, or signals are complete, accurate, or error-free
- provide investment advice, legal advice, or other professional advice through its content or outputs
- knowingly present paid promotions as independent editorial analysis unless clearly disclosed
Use of Third-Party Content
LatentWire may reference, summarize, classify, and link to publicly available information from third-party publishers, websites, feeds, APIs, databases, and other external sources.
We aim to use limited excerpts, metadata, and derived summaries in a way that supports discovery, commentary, research assistance, and navigation back to the original source. Original publishers and rights holders retain ownership of their content.
LatentWire does not claim authorship of third-party reporting, research, or source materials.
AI-Generated Summaries and Signals
LatentWire may use AI systems to generate summaries, classifications, tags, thematic groupings, rankings, signal observations, and other intelligence-support outputs.
These outputs are intended to help users interpret fast-moving information more efficiently. They are not a replacement for primary sources, independent diligence, or human judgment.
AI-generated or automated outputs may contain:
- factual errors
- omissions
- stale or incomplete context
- incorrect classifications
- flawed inferences or overgeneralizations
Users should independently verify important facts, especially before making business, research, or investment decisions.
Not Investment Advice
LatentWire may discuss markets, companies, sectors, and signal movement, but nothing on the platform should be understood as:
- investment advice
- investment research prepared under regulatory standards
- a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or company
- legal, accounting, or tax advice
All content and outputs are provided for informational and research-support purposes only.
