Overview

LatentWire is a decision-support intelligence platform focused on AI markets, companies, sectors, and related signals. The service may include dashboards, watchlists, briefs, summaries, classifications, trend signals, company tracking, and other research or intelligence features generated or assisted by automated systems and AI models.

LatentWire is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or any other professional advice.

Eligibility and Use of the Service

You may use LatentWire only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

Free and Paid Access

LatentWire may offer both free and paid features. Paid plans may include access to premium dashboards, intelligence briefs, watchlists, advanced filtering, signal tracking, or other premium features.

We may change, add, remove, or limit features at any time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions, including any Pro or premium plans, are billed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the billing terms shown at checkout, unless you cancel before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal or account settings, if available. If a payment fails or your subscription becomes delinquent, we may suspend or revoke access to paid features until billing is resolved.

Pricing, billing intervals, trial terms, and renewal timing will be presented at checkout or within your account.

Refunds

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@latentwire.com and we will review the issue.

Intelligence Outputs and No Investment Advice

LatentWire may generate or display summaries, classifications, rankings, tags, themes, market signals, watchlist observations, suggested areas of attention, or other outputs derived from public information, third-party sources, user inputs, or automated analysis.

These outputs are provided for informational and research support purposes only. They do not constitute:

• investment advice
• a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or company
• legal, tax, accounting, or consulting advice
• a guarantee of future performance, outcomes, or market direction

You are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided by LatentWire and for any decisions or actions you take based on the service.

Third-Party and Aggregated Content

LatentWire may reference, summarize, classify, link to, or otherwise display information from third-party publishers, public websites, feeds, APIs, databases, and other external sources.

LatentWire does not claim ownership of third-party content, and all rights in such content remain with the original owners.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or continued accessibility of third-party content. Third-party content may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice.

Intellectual Property

LatentWire and its related service elements, including but not limited to the site design, branding, interface, software, databases, original text, original analysis, compilations, and platform features, are owned by or licensed to LatentWire and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from LatentWire or its original materials without prior written permission.

Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant LatentWire the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LatentWire is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any outputs, summaries, classifications, or signals will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

AI-assisted and automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect inferences.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LatentWire and its affiliates, operators, contributors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LatentWire's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to LatentWire, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LatentWire and its affiliates, operators, contributors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
